To make a public comment, you must sign-up prior to the meeting on the Google Forms link located below.
Total Public Comment time is limited to 20 minutes.
Each person has a maximum of 2 minutes per comment, the comment is limited to the person that signed up (you cannot relinquish your time).
The time for public comments will be kept by the Vice-Chair.
