Gale Weber has been a Virgina-Highland resident for 22 years, and teaching kindergarten at our namesake school is an absolute dream come true!
Mrs. Weber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Southeastern Louisiana University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from Southern University at New Orleans. Initially aspiring to provide support services to students, her career path took a different direction post-graduation. Now celebrating 19 years of teaching (and counting), she is pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) at Georgia State University. Mrs. Weber is passionate about her work in kindergarten, a place she describes as the foundation of academic, social, and emotional growth. Guided by her motto, “If no one tells them they can’t, they have every reason to believe they can,” she strives to create a joyful, supportive, and inspiring learning environment where children can thrive.
She enjoys family time at home with her husband, two children, and three fur babies. She loves the buzz of the Beltline, traveling to hiking destinations, gardening, and cooking. She is also a self-proclaimed football fanatic!
